Wide was not wide enough

These are really pretty but I had to return them as they were not wide enough for me. It's difficult to find a wide shoe that is truly wide and I almost always have to send them back. It's better to be able to try shoes on in person I think and I now try to do that rather then continually having to be disappointed.

Zipper easily broke

These boots were great for traction in the snow. However, after a couple months of wear while zipping the left boot, the zipper pull came off in my hand. Impossible to fix.

not for me

tried it upon opening and can’t even walk inside the house. my toe hurts and I know it’s not for me. i have narrow feet but it still hurt my toes. you may want to size up for this to give extra room for your toes.
