Would Not Buy Again

I needed two of these. One of them arrived pre-broken, looked like it was shipped already broken. Amazon rapidly replaced it with another one, new and unbroken, and Amazon made it easy and free for me to ship-back the broken one. These were typical to install, as usual for all other toilet seats. The seat is comfortable. The lid that covers the seat is too flimsy. That's why I wouldn't purchase this again. Nevertheless, the two seats are working well, no problems with them so far. I hope they last, that remains to be seen.

It's A Toilet Seat

The plastic is thinner than I would like. Other than that it works well, it was easy to install. I bought it to replace the broken one in our apartment. I didn't want to spend much on it since I'll leave it behind.

Good seat at a good price

First I want to say their customer service was fantastic. I had a piece beak (not their fault)!and their customer service department addressed my issue immediately and solved the issue.
