My Floors Have Never Been This Clean!!!

I was between this product and the Roomba j7+. Everyone told me the Roomba wasn’t mopping properly, and just sliding a pad across the floor. That is not what I wanted at all. I already have a Roomba that vacuums, but I was looking for something that could mop and vacuum at the same time. The picture above is from me vacuuming and mopping my kitchen, living room, dining room and bathrooms. I was completely shocked. The clean-up is also pretty easy and fascinating. The self clean cycle is also helpful. It comes with two brushes and two VERY small samples of the cleaning solution. So far I used the “hard floor sanitize.” There wasn’t really a smell from the solution. Furthermore, I highly recommend this product for busy people, people with pets and most definitely moms who are always on the go.

THis is the Bissell Crosswave I have been waiting for

Very pleased with this one. Have had multiple corded Crosswaves the last several years and I like them. I got some cheapo brand that is very lightweight and has zero cleaning or sucking power but is so easy to clean I use it for nasty stuff like cat vomit and pee. (I have a cat rescue) and then it is very easy to clean and sanitize. This Crosswave is heavy and sucks up very good. None of these cleaners will work on dried stains. You have to soak them with a mop and scrub then use this to clean up. These floor cleaners are good if your house is never really dirty. I see a lot of reviews where people are not happy with them but you have to know they are limited in what they can do. I use it for quick cleans or to do a final clean on a floor that I mopped but my floors get really dirty living in the country and with multiple animals. Nothing can deal with animal dirt and hair - sorry. You want this thing to be heavy enough to sit tight to the floor and have good suction. It is also easy to clean but again heavy for an older person it would be hard to pick up. I really like its design and it has a nice light so you can see dark corners. As usual with all these floor cleaners the dirty tank is small and has to be emptied often. I mean if your house is very dirty you might need a shop vac.

Where have you been all my life?!!!

This vacuum is just amazing. Ease of use, functionality, lightweight are just a few perks. For years, I’ve struggled with having a robot vacuum and mop, which hardly ever did any thorough cleaning. I would end up having to get on my hands and knees scrubbing my floors the old fashion way after cleaning up the mess the previous robot mop never got clean. This thing is amazing! You can vacuum and mop at the same time. The compartment is easy to clean out and easy to refill. I love the clean out cycle after you are finished doing your mopping/vacuuming. There are really no criticisms I can give this. My floors have truly never been this clean, ever!

If you have a dog, get this!

I love this vacuum so much! I’m a college student so it was a really big purchase for me even with the sale. After looking at this and the tineco, I’m so glad I went with this vac/mop and I don’t regret buying it one bit. You can use non bissel cleaning solutions, whereas the tineco has to use the tineco brand solution. That feature alone has saved me so much.If you have a dog that sheds a lot, I do recommend vacuuming before because cleaning the hair out of the filter sucks. Other than that, I am able to do all of my hardwood floors in my 2br2ba 1300sqft apartment with one charge the turbo mode of amazing for getting up dried on messes/paw prints. As someone who struggles with adhd and wanting to clean, this has helped me so much with keeping my home clean. If you’re debating, let this be your sign!

Does the job. Glad I didn't pay full price.

Overall this is pretty good. I bought it hoping I could spend less time vacuuming/mopping. We have 1 dog, 1 long haired cat, 1 one year old, and a husband who tracks dirt everywhere. Basically our floors stay dirty and look like they are growing their own fur half the time. Our floors are all tongue and groove vinyl and laminate. You can see in my pictures how dirty the water is! That's just from the kitchen, so I know its working. Pros: 1. Vacuums and mops at the same time. Dirty tank is DIRTY so it's working well. 2. Pretty lightweight and no cord is great. 3. Very easy to clean manually. I haven't tried the self cleaning, so can't comment on that. 4. User friendly. Easy to set up and figure out. 5. Don't need to use the full amount of solution. I just added a little and it still smelled great. Cons: 1. Not great at cleaning stuck on spots. The brushroll doesn't seem to hit the floor with much pressure. You'll probably have to spot clean tougher spots (such as dried up baby formula). 2. It recommends to vacuum before hand if you have shedding animals. This kind of defeats the purpose for me. 3. Battery life. It takes 4 hours to charge, but only lasts about 45. We have a 3 bed, 2 bath house. I was able to finish everything except half the living room and the kitchen before it died. 4. You'll need to empty and refill tank about halfway through. 5. Pricey. Thankfully I bought on cyber Monday. Overall pretty good and I'm still liking it.

Ugh! Running out of power!!!!

Cleaning floors are now so much easier however, the cordless crosswave only last about 20 minutes making very difficult to complete all my floors on a Saturday clean day. I have to keep running the cordless crosswave to the charger in hopes with will give a little more burst of power during clean up. Ugh! I recommend the crosswave corded model. I have one for more than 4 years and never let me down.

Not great

I’ve had this too long to return it now so I feel like I’ve given it a good try. I wanted to like it but it’s really not useful. The only way to use this well is to vacuum completely dry and then clean the whole thing out and swap out the roller and then do a whole second cleaning using the wet option. The suction isn’t as great as a cheaper sweeper so honestly I’m about to go back to a sweeper with a mop. The convenience of having 2 in one doesn’t work with this. As soon as any dirt gets in the roller it pushes dirty water around the floor

Don't order from outside America

1 month after this product being delivered it broke down and have no way of getting it replaced as I do not live in the US. $$$ down the drain
