Big blow pop head

Her head is huge! I wish Mattel would do away with these gigantic heads. I am an adult collector but even for children there’s no reason for this head size. I’m actually disappointed as I wanted to use her for a daughter in a family but it just doesn’t work.

Cute Skipper doll

My 6 year old loves playing babysitter with her Barbies. This one came with a jar of baby food, spoon, bottle, blanket, baby outfit and a teddy bear. She said she wished the doll's arm had a "bendy elbow"; the arm is fixed in a "football hold" position so she can't straighten one arm out. I told my child not to worry; since Skipper is the babysitter, she gets to leave the baby with his mom at the end of the day and go home to stretch her arm out! 5/5

Cute skipper doll and baby...

My daughter loves barbies and babies so this was a perfect combo for her. The dolls and accessories are well made and my kid is constantly playing with this set. It would be great if the doll had some articulation points to at least allow her to hold the baby properly. Overall it's a nice gift option.

Cute set

My daughter loves Barbies and she loves babies, so this set is perfect for her. I like that Skipper can hold the baby on her own, my only wish is that there were more skipper sized clothing because regular Barbie clothes are always too big.

Love her styled edges — but more poseability please!

Both Skipper and the baby are really cute! Love the hints of pink in Skipper’s hair and the laid edges (baby hairs) along her hairline, it shows genuine attention to detail and I think kids of color will love seeing this reflected in their dolls. I wish she was a little more bendable/posable because she’s really such a cute doll, but the limited mobility slightly limits how she can be played with. I still love this doll though and especially love that she’s not a blue eyed blonde, this is a great addition to my kids’ Barbie stash. :)
