Truly Low Maintenance, Air Dry or Use Diffuser

I used to have no clue what to do with my hair before Arrojo Curl Enhancer! Deserves 4.5 stars: Best curl product I've used that is truly low-maintenance. Does not smell so I have never broken out due to it getting on my face. My hair type: I have a thick mane of frizzy, but fine wavy hair that looks very puffy and shapeless without product. Here's my technique, honed over the past ~6 years: 1. Brush or comb hair after the shower so it's straight. 2. Towel-dry until damp. I wrap my hair with a quick-dry microfiber towel on top of my head (use any towel). 2. "Brush" product through hair with fingers, no more than a quarter-size for your whole head. Don't put too much or too little, focusing on the bottom half of your hair. 3. Scrunch your hair to form curls: grab a handful from the bottom and push it toward your head. Keep doing that until you like the shape. *Alternatively* it works to twist moderate pieces of hair into longer curls away from the face 4. Air dry or blow dry w/ diffuser. Blow drying with a diffuser will make curls less frizzy and shinier, and air drying leaves it looking natural and have shape. Curls will be soft! Should feel weightless, never sticky, stiff, or flattening. Hope that helps :)

This is the worst product I've ever used. It's not a gel, it's a dull cream.

I don't know what these people were thinking with this product. Their Curl Definer is the best gel I've ever used, but this? It's Elmer's Glue without the stickiness. It does NOTHING for curls. Nothing. You try to smear it on your hair, and it feels almost instantly dry, even on wet hair. It forms no cast on the curls, it just weighs them down. Was there no product testing? I even tried mixing it with the Curl Definer gel, and my hair felt like a frizzy mop when it dried. Horrible. At least it's light and doesn't smell bad, so my trash won't be heavy and gross when I throw it out.
