Way better than the ones in the kits
I think every barndoor kit should have these instead of the pointless ones that want you to drill holes into your floor. Also this will keep your door in alignment way better than having the little notch on the bottom. I took a 2x6 and pushed down (installing on baseboard in a carpeted room) to make sure I got it down to the right depth. The only improvement I could see is if you needed to adjust the inside screw further towards the wall. It wasn't an issue for me, but just make sure if you have thicker baseboards than normal to check that before seeing how far to hang your door out. I only used 1 with our door going to the bathroom. Just to the side of the trim on the baseboard the side the door opens to. It stays in the whole time... Will buy more of these if I hang more doors like this.

Getting installed after house leveled. and them new flooring added with these.
Have been getting estimates and looking to add these will keep bedroom doors from bangs against each other or the wall openings from falling off track.

For the price they are great
I didn't want to spend a ton of money for floor guides for my sheds barn door. These are well priced, easy to install, adjustable to get the width of my door and they just work. Highly recommend.
