Better than expected. Good value.
Perhaps they’ve improved this product recently, but I don’t understand the reviews calling it rough. It’s normal mid-range home TP. Much better than cheap commercial TP, or for example, standard Scott 1000-sheet single ply roll. No, it’s not plush like the puffed up cottony stuff. But it doesn’t pill apart like the plush stuff. And its much less expensive, and easier on the environment. Worth trying. I may switch to this, with an occasional “treat” for the cottony stuff.

It's Rough.....
There is a lot I could say about this toilet paper but to put it simply; it's rough. This toilet paper has the exact same texture as public restroom paper towels and it can cause some irritation if you have to make multiple bathroom breaks in less than a day. However, the additional roughness makes the toilet paper stronger, and it can actually clean just as well with less because of that extra grip. In just a couple weeks we've only used a few rolls, which means this entire pack should last much longer than the traditional toilet paper that we buy. Overall, if you don't mind the extra roughness of this toilet paper, it does stretch and last longer and doesn't leave behind the little pieces like softer tissue. Additionally, since it's recycled, it helps the environment. Its a win-win all around and I recommend it.

Rough :(
Can’t they make a decent post consumer recycled to that isn’t sandpaper? Seventh generation was pretty good, but now subscribe and save told me it wasn’t available. This is not great.

EcoWarrior TP - it’s not soft
I absolutely adore that every bi of this is easily recyclable or already has been (ignoring the packing tape). Worth it to me for that reason alone. As far as the TP goes, it seems thick, doesn’t fall apart, but it’s also not very soft. Hasn’t caused any issues for me, but if you have any sensitivities, you should avoid.

Eco-friendly TP for my bunghole
As other reviewers have noted, if you are looking for a “soft” style of toilet paper, this is not it. I have found it to be less like your typical toilet paper, and more like the consistency of a paper towel. At first I thought I would hate that, but very quickly I have come to appreciate the fact that it doesn’t fall apart during use leaving behind extra “bits and pieces”, which I hate. I also found that I am now using roughly 20% less toilet paper than before. I’m sold!
