Mug decent and cute, doesn't work as well as would like and packaging was horrible.

Mug itself is really cool - though admittedly its takes quite a bit of heating up to get the picture to appear (you have to stick it in microwave, it doesn't just appear from pouring a hot beverage in). Mostly though, the mug is what I was looking for as a cute holiday gift but the packaging it arrived in was HORRIBLE - it arrived encased in hard foam - NO box, NO bag, no package of any kind, just foam with tape around it and a shipping label. Honestly, am super upset about this packaging and feel it was incredibly unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Christmas Gift

Gave this as a Christmas gift to my coworker and she absolutely adores it! You can put it in the microwave and heat it up no problem. Once you do this, the Newfie Mom will show proudly! Definitely a very nice gift for a Newfoundland lover.
