Compression and more

I have never used Compression shorts before and decided to try these thinking they would help with muscle soreness on long runs and trails. I was surprised at just how well they worked. My runs felt much smoother. An unexpected bonus: on my last run I began to experience G.I. Issues, I am convinced that the compression prevented me from having a complete blowout in the middle of the sidewalk. I am convinced the extra support on my clinching muscles saved me. I bought an extra pair just so I always had one ready to go.

HIGH Quality ! but Go UP one size

A long time user of CW-X, I decided to try this brand and not disappointed (i wear M in CW-X similar running tights) but these MED were too small, easy exchanged for L size. ( 5'9 / 164 ) These are also Very high quality running tights and they are indeed Tight shorts that felt fine on Run # 1. Pay the price for Quality and dont look back.

Great product

2XU always gives a great product but I always wait until I get an Amazon gift card because the prices are a little high for me. Working out: They do just fine. I really like the three pockets where I can store food or my phone while on long runs. I run ultra-marathons so it is important for me to be able to carry 400-600 calories with me. Comfort: I understand their purpose and need to be tight but the mediums are a little too tight. Larges would be too long down my legs. They can be a little restrictive at the bottoms above my knees but nothing that would cause me to return them. Value: My first pair are in great shape and have had them for 8 years. I expect these to last the test of time and miles I will put on them.

Tight around the waist

I read other’s reviews about the product and how they liked it. I saw that several said they were kind of tight, but didn’t specify if it was legs or around waist. Grant it, they are compression shorts and should be tight in the legs, but my husband said they are tight around his waist. He wears Large pants, which I ordered for the shorts. For this brand, he suggests going a size up.

Questionable Durability after a few running sessions

These are probably the best compression shorts you can find for "a couple" of runs. Sadly after 2 cold washes, the seams tore rendering the product useless. For such a grand price, I would have expected the quality to be better.

Compression shorts that actually compress

These shorts provide compression to groin and quads and are longer than most so you get compression for more of your leg. I went through a few others that were too thin and light weight to provide any muscular support. There’s a draw string and a zippered pocket which may be useful. They wash well as I use them three times a week. Will get the longer ones for colder weather.

Great compression shorts

Excellent fit, and very comfortable. These are truly amazing compression shorts, not like some which do not compress. I struggled to decide between these and the cheaper 2xu compression run shorts, so think I'll keep both.

Fits everywhere but the waist

Purchased for hubby. He is recovering from a torn hamstring surgery. He says the shorts support the muscle, but the waist is a little too tight.
